And the plot thickens indeed! We’re finally hearing a little bit more about the events that were briefly touched upon in the Prologue with the UFO Crash seen on page 6. A little bit of the mystery elements of The Pure and Hidden Truth start to show on this page — which is something I always wanted to shoot for when I came up with the idea for this series.
The more I think about it the more I like this exchange between Jillian and Martha because at the heart of it is what I hope is some good storytelling.

From Mr. Gunnison, (self proclaimed) expert webcomic reader.
Without bias. ALWAYS.
So… Hah! I love it already. The plot so far shows some GREAT promise, and the story, characters, and photoshopped pictures are absolutely engaging! It is a brilliant take (I love the ghost. Scintillating.) on a very unoriginal type of story.
I might say unoriginal type of story… I think this story inparticular might end up being much better than most in this overused genre - the promise is shows indicates that it could rise above its peers.
Some great webcomics start rough and get going well… and if this is rough for y’all… I want to see how it is when you get going well.
You have yourself a regular reader!

Bulbasaur is back again, I see. Hopefully not with intentions as malevolent as before. This is all looking really good so far, Cisco. Gonna be fun to help.

Odd. the second readthrough has me focusing on the girls’ boobs. My compliments on using people of varying bodytypes;-)
[I'm a girl, too. I think it's just this page...]

@ Miako: Haha, I choose the best shots for each panel I guess! And I made it a priority of mine to have a very diverse cast, because we live in a diverse world. It’s one of the biggest messages I want to prove with this series. We have native american, black, asian and hispanic leads — not something you see everyday in Hollywood. I want my work to showcase a brand of characters we are all familiar with but at the same time show the world for its true colors.
