I woke up this morning — with my back aching of course because I desperately need a new mattress and the first thing I did was check my e-mail. I had a message from Sean Harrington, the talented mastermind behind the hilarious and super sexy spy webcomic “Spying with Lana.” And boy did he have a treat for me!!!!

Inside the message was this awesome fan art drawing. My back instantly didn’t hurt anymore and I then proceeded to do a back flip of joy.

Not only can Sean do AWESOME artwork….BUT HE CAN CURE BACK ACHES TOO!!!!

Thank you for the cool piece, man! I can’t wait until we get the new site up to showcase this fan art, the others and the more to follow in our upcoming fan gallery!

Check this out folks! Now this is really cool.

We’ve been getting a fairly steady stream of fan art related to the comic but this piece is especially great because it is done by cast member Diana Kang (Jillian from the comic)!

Diana is a VERY talented artist and painter who surprised the hell out of me with this artwork of one of the Men in Black. It was SO cool to have a member of my cast take time out of their schedules to do something like this. It’s a real honor! She’s also working on another Men in Black shot (my favorite shot in the comic on page 46) and I’m TOTALLY looking forward to seeing that.

Another thing you might not know about Diana is that she’s very crafty. For Christmas last year she gave me some soap she made herself and a horse emblem that I now use for my key chain. Another time she gave me a toy cheetah! Random, yes, but I think it’s cool that she goes out of her way to do things or give me gifts. I wonder what’s the next thing she’ll put together or do as a gift?

She has a lot more artwork that she can do and is open to doing commissions for anyone. If you’re interested in getting some Pure and Hidden Artwork or anything else you’d like to see her paint for youlet me know and I’ll give her the word! From then you can work anything out with her directly. She’s more than willing to work with you and is looking forward to it.

The Pure and Hidden Truth can not be contained in just a mere comic book or its webcomic form. From the beginning it was always meant to be much bigger. The “Pure and Hiddenverse” is about to get expanded!

Also, last month I mentioned that I was working on a live action proof of concept trailer for the comic. I have a special teaser clip of that as well for you all to see!!
